A: Of course! Everything is made by hand in our workshop in Concord, NH. You can see some photos of our shop and work in process here

Q: Are your products made in the U.S.A.?

A: Our lead time varies. I have switched to scheduling each piece. That way all my attention gets poured into the piece I’m working on.

Q: What is your lead time?

A: Yes – Everything we build is custom made to order. We can design and build hidden compartment furniture to any dimension, and out of any wood. We can also match the style to existing furniture that you may already have. The secret compartments, shelving, and concealment arrangements are also customizable.

Q: Is it customizable?

A: Yes, everything we do is custom, so if you have an idea, we can work with you on it. No matter how large or small, what you'd like to conceal or whatever the furniture design requirements, QLine makes only fine furniture to hide secrets in plain sight, and can adapt to your needs.

Q: Do you make any other types of furniture with hidden compartments?

A: Yes – We ship in the U.S. and Canada only now. We use freight and white glove delivery.

Q: Can you ship?

The drawers can be left unlocked so that you simply need to open it like any other drawer. With practice, even if the drawer is locked, it can be accessed in a matter of seconds. Unlike a gun safe, which is rendered useless with an open door, QLine hidden compartment furniture stealth design allows the customer the choice.

Q: How quickly can one access the secret drawers?

Material Selection and Construction Methods

We are proud to work with sustainable harvested and FSC certified hardwoods. Tables are made from 100% solid hardwoods using mortise and tenon construction with dovetailed drawers.  Large, flat sections in bookcases and cabinetry are made using a combination of solid hardwoods and hardwood veneered hardwood ply. We will NEVER use particleboard or fiberboard in ANY of our furniture. All of our furniture is designed to outlive us. If it is not able to be an heirloom piece, we will not build it.
